Description:

Revalsys Technologies is seeking a UI/UX Expert with strong expertise in usability testing and design. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to create intuitive, user-friendly designs while also conducting in-depth usability testing to ensure continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for creative professionals who are passionate about user-centered design and have hands-on experience in usability research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Usability Testing & Research:

• Conduct usability testing (in-person, remote, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys).
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user pain points.
• Create user personas, journeys, and scenarios to guide design and testing strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations from test results.

UI/UX Design:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design accessible, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure accurate implementation of designs with development teams.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design solutions.
• Present usability findings and design recommendations clearly.
• Participate in ideation sessions to contribute innovative design solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze usability test data to measure user behavior, completion rates, and satisfaction.
• Deliver structured usability reports with prioritized recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions on usability improvements with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in usability testing, UI/UX design, and user research.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UI design and usability testing experience (mandatory).
• Proficiency in usability testing tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Morae, Lookback, etc.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, heuristics, accessibility, and interaction patterns.

Preferred:

• UX or Usability certifications (e.g., NN/g UX Certification).
• Experience with eye-tracking software, heatmaps, or advanced usability testing methods.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
